3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice that was submitted incorrectly or in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification should include:
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
Mystery Land may terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyright. We may also remove content or disable access to content that is the subject of multiple copyright infringement notices.
5. Changes to Copyright Policy
Mystery Land reserves the right to modify or revise this Copyright Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our platform.
